These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Freekey platform available at https://freekey.ai, including the Teachers' Co-Pilot, AI Mentor, Current Affairs, and related products and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Prepami Learning Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Burari, North Delhi – 110065 ("Freekey", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, school, or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to both you and that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by educators, institutions, content teams, and their students, primarily located in India. Students should access the Service through their institution/educator, and not sign up independently where they are minors. Educators and institutions are responsible for ensuring appropriate parental/institutional consent for any student they onboard.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing
3.1 Plans. Freekey offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Starter, Plus, and Pro), each with defined features and usage limits (e.g., number of questions), as described on our Pricing page. Plan features and limits may change over time; upcoming/"coming soon" features are not currently available and are provided for informational purposes only.
3.2 Billing cycles. Paid plans may be billed monthly or yearly, as selected by you at checkout. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Auto-renewal. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing cycle at the then-current price, and your payment method on file will be charged accordingly.
3.4 Extra usage / add-ons. Additional student logins, iOS app access, or other add-ons may be charged separately, as described on our Pricing page.
3.5 Refunds. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which provides a 100% refund window of 7 days for monthly plans and 30 days for yearly plans, subject to the conditions stated therein.
3.6 Price changes. We may change our prices from time to time. Any change will not affect an already-active billing cycle but may apply from your next renewal, with reasonable notice provided.
User Content
4.1 Ownership. As between you and Freekey, you retain all ownership rights in the content you upload or create using the Service — PDFs, images, notes, videos, questions, tests, and other material ("User Content").
4.2 License to us. You grant Freekey a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service (including AI-assisted extraction, tagging, translation, and export features), and to publish/export it to destinations you direct (e.g., Telegram, Classplus, APPX, your website, or downloads).
4.3 Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, and you represent that you have all necessary rights (including copyright) to upload and use such content on the Platform, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate applicable law.
4.4 AI-generated content. Certain features use AI to generate, extract, translate, or reformat content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output for accuracy before publishing it to students or third parties. Freekey does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;

- Misuse the Service to harm, harass, or exploit students or other users;
- Circumvent usage limits (e.g., question limits) associated with your plan.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Section.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows you to export/publish content to, or integrate with, third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram, Classplus, APPX, YouTube, and payment gateways). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Freekey is not responsible for their performance, availability, or content.
Intellectual Property
Other than User Content, all rights, title, and interest in the Service — including the Freekey name, logo, software, design, and underlying technology — are owned by Prepami Learning Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where you (as an institution/educator) provide us with student data, you act as the data controller for such data and are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to share it with us.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including "Upcoming"/"Coming soon" features) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable for paid features you actively use.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freekey disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content, recommendations, or extracted material will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular examination, curriculum, or purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freekey's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Freekey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freekey, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through account settings; termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided under our Refund Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or as required by law.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; we may retain certain data as required for legal, billing, or record-keeping purposes, and/or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email where practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
